why are people being asked to review on the booking process of course as with any business people would be nice nice untill they get you to book ,it has no relevence to the quality of the holiday and misleading ,if not confusing .

We ask people to review their booking process & holiday enquiry with Feefo and then also when they return home from holiday. These are all optional.

As a company we want to understand and learn -

When someone enquires about a holiday , is the service we provide excellent, good or poor . Does our web site provide the information a potential client needs , when you call our office and ask about a hotel , do staff deal with your request professionally and give you details . 

The results are shown in the Feefo service reviews .

After you return from holiday you are asked to rate the service you received from our staff (UK& Overseas) and also the hotel you stayed in.

These are 2 very different reviews. Anyone considering taking a holiday with Friendship Travel for the first time will be interested in the service we provide .
